Cold is due to the climate change also i think my room is damp. Also when drink cold water it hurts my temples.
But i am not gaining any weight. Please help me with my skin problems.

No difference with Rhus Tox. My stool has become soft again. when i wake up in the morning there is tightness around the rib cage and the stomach.

Don't think Rhus tox did anything.
My bowel is just twice in the morning after the allopathy treatment. The first motion is nice ( a bit soft) but the second motion is mostly ineffectual and unsatisfactory and soft creamy.
No more gas or urgent bowel movements. Weight is just a bit ok. Acne still there and dark circles under the eyes to. Also help me with hair loss.

Hello again.
I think you should try Silica. Start at 200C. Same prossedyre, as always.
Cut down on coffee, tea. These act as an antidote to homeopathy.

Other thing is if i get bad cold like i did two days back my hand becomes cold in the evening and the body also aches and i feel very sleepy.Currently when typing this my hands are feeling cold. This the 3rd time it has happened .And it is summer here very hot.
Just for your knowledge i have used silica 30 thrice daily for two weeks hmmm think in 2009. And it had worked like magic but the effect went away the moment i stopped it.

Ok, may be that you used a low potency. 30C is more for emergency cases. And for the children. (Do not rely on a homeopath, who gives you 30C, he does not trust even himself;)
Start at 200C, wait a few days, eg 5 Please keep me updated. Please contact me if something special happens.

I have taken silicea 200 5 pills day before yesterday.
My other problem is in the night i get a lot of itching.
When i try to sleep i cannot sleep it takes a long time before i get sleep.

The itching is in the night. like sometimes crawling, itches on the legs arms back stomach.
and sometimes scalp like last night.
I still feel emotional when watching sad scenes , tears come out.
I need something for acidity ( i am on pantodac dsr) , as in the morning when i wake up my stomach feels tight and gas comes out with a bowel movement.

Last couple of days i not feeling heaviness in the head in the morning feels better, but my weight has gone down again.
Today i have a stomach problem.I went twice for a bowel movement, first movement was good , second movement after an hour was not complete and after that i have this tightness in the stomach and feel like diarrhea would come on, also irritation in the rectum.
Before a bowel movement i have pressure in the rectum.

My stomach today has gone back to the same old problem :(.
For your info when you had prescribed nitric acid 1m, i am not sure if it was nitric acid which gave an absolutely perfect bowel movement for two days i was fresh for those two days.

I did not write about Nitric acid earlier as the perfect bowel for two days was quite many days after taking Nitric acid 1M and than i simply forgot about it.
I have the same Silicea 200 bottle should take the dose from the same bottle or should i buy a new one ?

As i had opened that bottle, so i was wondering would the medicine not get damaged or evaporate, the bottle still has alcohol in it.
But i am not sure if Nitric acid gave me the perfect bowel movement or allopathy it was only for a couple of days.

No problem, air can not destroy homeopathy. And so, after what understand, alcohol in it too. Just take a second dose.

My stomach has gone back to the same problem, soft pasty stool which are difficult to evacuate and need manual evacuation but still incomplete, at least four times i need to go, sometime the stool at first is little formed and then it becomes little liquid. Morning there is tightness in the stomach. got that stupid gas which is like acid or sour and causes me diarrhea. Yesterday evening after the bowel movement i felt little drained.Sometimes after eating my stomach turns acidic and sour so gas forms and i have to go for a bowel and also get dryness in chest with nausea and rising.
I have taken the silicea 200 2nd dose.

Don't notice any change, again yesterday i got the cold and i was sneezing continuously and runny nose and stuffed. Morning the head feels heavy, i get itching in my ears when i have kind of cold. There is a muscular pain under the left jaw.
I had to again go for allopathy my stomach. still go around 3-4 times and there is tightness in the abdomen.
I am on Esoga RD in the morning 1 capsule 1 hour before breakfast, and other medicine which my doctor prescribed as she says i have chronic amoebic infection.
Awaiting your reply.

I started getting the gas pain again which gives an urgent bowel movement which is kinda loose.
The gas pain is on the left side. It smells sour or like vomit cannot understand.
