dry cough becoming chesty

My 3years old daughter has been treated with homeopathy, since last year (she was having every friday fever, starting with dry mettalic cough, which was progressing in chesty cough and high fever). With homeopathy we had a calm healthy winter,(remedies given was eupatorium perf and after that China as constitutional) but suddenly on May she started having runny nose(right nostril) and dry cough.Dr gave her kali carb but after 2 weeks she had a whole night awaken with dry choking cough and after 2days we wen to the hospital with chesty cough-high fever. They diagnosed bronchitis, and she had to take antibiotics for 10days. Before that the dr tried also with Belladonna.
Now it's 3 days she has again dry cough only when she wakes up and after 1hour she went to bed. After 5-7times of this sudden dry cough, it changes to cough with phlegm. She also sneezes in the morning. She has no appetite all of a sudden, she complains all the time about everything, and also seems to have a small ulcer in the mouth.Very upset sleep, and she gets very hot in the head(but this happens even during winter).
Generally a very friendly sociable kid but also very moody and gets frustrated very easily.Very active.Usually gets a cold everytime the weather becomes wet and windy.Since her dr is on holidays and we r going on holidays too should I try any remedy? thank you
