Hormones not balanced, and obese

Hi, I am 29 years old female diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome and i don't get periods every month. I started to menstruate at the age of 13 and i was diagnosed with pcos at the age of 17. i have hair growth on my neck and chin. I am obese(current weight is 320lbs) and doesnot have the will power to loose the weight, even though i want to loose the weight as its affecting my quality of life. I am very depressed and always in my own world day dreaming. I get mad very easily. I yell alot and although i know when i'm doing it, i cannot control myself and i have no libido. Therefore, this behaviour and no desire for sex is causing the problem with my husband and in laws. Everything and everyone seems to irritate me.

I am tired all the time and feel worn out. My knees and my feet are very painful. I can hardly move around the house. My body is full of aches. I take strong allopathy pain killers.

I am so depreesed with my health condition that i prefer to stay home and not socialize with others. I avoid other people. I have isolated myself and feel lonely. I eat alot when i am stressed to comfort myself and crave for sweets. I don't have anybody who is supportive not even my husband.

I sometime think that i might have hypothyroid. I have dry skin and my neck, armpits and groins are very dark. i have dark circle under my eyes, discolouration on my face.

PLEASE HELP ME TO CURE MY PROBLEMS SO THAT I CAN LEAD TO A QUALITY OF LIFE. YOUR HELP WILL BE MUCH APPRECIATED.

THANKYOU AND GOD BLESS

Dear Dr. Saravanan,

My doctor called me to his office to inform me about my blood work and knee x-rays. Results are not good. The cartailige in both knees is severly has been damaged. That is why it is very painful. My entire body is now affected by arthritis. My good cholestrolo level is below, mine is 0.77(Normal should be above 1) and bad cholesterol level is high, it is 4 and the normal should be below 2.5. My blood pressure was high 160/100 and he put me on blood pressure medication and diuretic for swelling.

Dr. Saravanan, i just want to know if homeopathy has medication for rebuilding the lost cartilige in the knees?

The remedy which i have prescribed can act like a panacea for all your ailments.
Homeopathic treatment helps in reducing the arthritic pains, improving the mobility of joints and also stops further damage of cartilage.
Homeopathic medications can be taken, even if you are on orthodox medications.
You may need some diet and life style modifications to get better results.
If you need free advise on diet and life-style changes, you can mail me.
