Seminal Vesicle Cysts , Seminal fluid emission during day time , pre-mature ejaculation and digestion problems due to ejaculation

Hi i am 24 year old male . my height is 5.11'
i have a quite excess masturbation and night fall history since i am 16. used to masturbate everyday . sometime 2-3 times a day .
i took many strong herbal medicines 3 years back which has definitely given side effect to my body like earlier semen was quite thick but now its very very thin and i observe frequent seminal emissions during day time (even without any sexual thinking running in my mind )
. my semen count is 60 .

The problem which i faced due to those strong herbal medicines is i have developed a stomach infection like i am easily prone to loose motions now after a night fall or ejaculation and in this condition semen flows out even during day time which i am sure is not due to phycological effect .

I have developed some small cysts in seminal vesicle also which are seen in my scan report .

And during sex i get ejaculated in just 10-15 seconds . And i feel very weak also after having sex or ejaculation. Although the Erection is good ( 3-4 times in half an hour)but doesn't happen in a healthy or complete way)

My doc has also conducted a testosterone test in which my levels are 79 ng.dL .But reference range for my age (24 years)was 200-800

i have been under homeopathic supervision since a year and right now i am taking :-
Yohimbinum 3x(adelmar pharma , germany )
Kali Mur 6x (adelmar pharma , germany )
Natrium Sulph. 6x(adelmar pharma , germany )
and 2 other medicines prescribed by my doctor as i couldn't read them while he was writing.

Pls advise are these medicines are fine for me or should i add something more to it.
