John, I always used to have problems with my teeth form childhood. There was not enough space for them to start with, so some had to be removed, and then I had to wear braces. In my late teens the roots started to get inflamed so I took lots of antibiotics and had lots of root fillings, 2-3 teeth removed, end of a root cut out... So I had a lot of trouble. I used to dream a lot about loosing them all, they all fell out in my dreams or were removed, I used to hold all my teeth in my hand, or I used to look at them in a mirror. These dreams were always filling me with horror. After taking Sepia my tooth-dream was not as bad or scary as it usually is.
John, I never mentioned something that might be important. I used to be a dreamwalker from my childhood until I was 14. I used to walk around the house most nights, and talked sometimes, and when my parents asked me to go to bed I used to obey. I never remembered it the following day. When I was 14 I went to Budapest to study and I lived in a dormitory. I started walking about at nights, staring at a sleeping girl who woke up and was very scared. The following night she had moved to another bed after I fell asleep but I found her that night and kept staring at her (amazing how a sleeping person can trace somebody down). So they reported the case to the headmaster and I was taken to a psychiatrist. I was found to be normal and they told me to tell myself before going to sleep that I was not going to get up, and I was going to sleep sound all night. I did it for days and I have never walked about again in my life. 2-3 months later I had an ovarian inflammation and since then I have always had problems with female organs. I do not know whether it is of any help.

dear rue ,i would like to help you with your complaints ,but i have some questions to ask here .do you concider your self as a jealous person ?if yes give me a percentage.if you have a wound, doesit bleed profusely? are you suspicious in any aspect in your life ?can you bear wearing turtle neck or tight clothes ??what are your fears or phobia's if you have any ?are you an out going person or kind of introverted?when you are with your friends do you talk and open up ,or you prefer listening to them?what are your food cravings?are you a relegious person ?to what extent?the dead people that you see are people that you know?i mean are they your relatives ?you say that you dont feel well in winter ,does this feeling starts in autumn ?and how you feel exactly in winter?do you prefer hot or cold weather?do you think you are a passionate person?waiting for your reply .take care.wafaa

John,

early decay of teeth started at the age of 13. I needed few fillings then. Root inflammation started at the age of 19, it was my fault. It was spring, quite windy, but it was sunny. I wanted a quick tan on my face so I kept spraying it with water, and the wind was blowing it. That night a root inflammation started and spread to nearly all of my top teeth. I attended the dentist for nearly 6 month before everything got sorted. After that I had an occasional tooth inflamed every 3-4 years. I am not afraid of the dentist any more, but I used to be.But I always used to have these dreams. Another, not so frequent dream is about water, dark and scary. I am afraid of water if it is deep.

rue--is the fear of water only during dreams? and/or while awke?

john

John,

I have always been afraid of water, but not so much in my childhood. My father used to make me learn to swim and slide down into the water to show me that is it not so scary, but I ws afraid of drowning. I can swim, but if I know that my feet will not reach the bottom, I panick and start drowning. I only feel safe in shallow water. I love to watch the sea, I love the sound and smell of it, but it also makes me feel that it is a very dangerous place and it can kill. Fast rivers also scare me and seeing a large amount of water makes me think about death. Lots of water equals death. These dreams about water are not as frequent as dreams about dead people and teeth. Funny but I only have reoccuring dreams. Most of the times the upsetting ones (dead people, teeth, water) and very rarely nice ones but 90% of them are the usual dreams. I rarely have new ones, and they are usually a mixture of things that had hapened in the previous days.
Tomorrow morning I shall leave for a long weekend and be back on Monday. I can only reply to your questions on Monday morning american time.

Dear Wafaa,
thank you for your trying to help. I have never been a jealous person in any way. In case of any wounds, the bleeding is normal I suppose. I am quite a suspicious person, many times I do not entirely believe people, I often think it best not to trust someone 100 % so I will not be dissapointed if they let me down. Of course there are people I trust entirely. I am alright wearing tight clothes, though nowadays I prefer comfortable, loose clothes. I am an outgoing, friendly person. I listen to people as I am sincerely interested in what they have to say, but I also talk if needed. I have few phobias like I am afraid of hights (I hate flying), afraid of water and worms and insects discust me. I used to be horrified of darkness in my childhood, but it is okay now. I am not religious, but becasue of my own weird experiences, I believe that humans are capable of a lot more than what they think they are. I mean foreseeing future etc. I love butter, I eat lots of bread and butter and I love the taste and smell of coffee, but coffe makes me feel nausious so I drink coffee made of different grains (no coffeine). The dead people I see in my dreams are relatives and people I used to know. They are always nice to me and assure me that they are fine where they are. In winter I feel a bit depressed and my physical complaints increase. I love summers but can not stand the heat to well. It can get to 102F in here, and I hate that. I am very active from spring to autumn, so I feel better e.g. my leg doesn't ache as much though it feels full and heavy when standing a lot. But there is no catarrh in the summer. I am not too passionate though there are exceptions. I can get angry easily, but I am very good at controlling myself and burying my feelings if I find it necessery. If something bothers me I often try to behave as if the problem did not exist. I do it intentionally, if I can not solve a problem, I pretend that there is not one.
I do hope that my answers were of any good and thanks again for your offer to help.

John,

I was away for a long weekend and had a dream that I was told that my Mum had died. In my dream I went to a cellar of a church, found her lying in her coffin and I started shaking her to wake her up. After a while she woke up and I was very happy and went to light lots of candles in church to thank God for bringing her back to me. This was the dream. In real life my Mum is alive and I am more than happy for that. But I have never been religious. I really don't understand what is all this dreaming about. I do not onyl dream about the deads but I also have dreams about living people who die in my dreams and that causes distress. I really want to end this. Other people do not have so many bad dreams or can not remember them, so why do I have them?!!

John,
I can remember having dreams about my parents being dead many times in my life, and once or twice about my sister. When my father had serious heart and thyroid problems 2 years ago I was very worried and dreamt about him being dead 2-3 times a week. Even after he got better I was having these dreams for nearly 6 months. Few years ago I started having dreams about my best friend and her Mum being dead. One or the other was always dead in my dreams. I was worried about them, I thought that her mum was going to die as she was then nearly 70. 3-4 months went on with these dreams and when my best friend's husband left her without any warning my dreams about her stopped and never returned. The last time I had a dream about a living person being dead was few months ago, about my father.

Last menses started on Wed 7th April and my bad dream was on Sat 10th April. My next menses is due on 3-4th May as it is always 1-2 days early (a cycle of 26-27 days). I used to have PMS until last summer, when I frequently took Sepia for menstrual pains. I have a book that says that when having peiod pains take sepia, pulsatilla etc. hourly until necessary. Every first day of my period I needed painkillers, so I chose sepia 9CH of that list as it seemed suitable for my kind of pain. I used it approximately for 3 months only on first day of menses and later on I was suprised to notice that I had no more PMS. I mean no more sensitive breasts in the second half of the cycle, no more backaches for 1-3 days before menses was due and on the first day of menses pain was bearable and I have never taken anything for pain since. It still aches on the first day, but I can cope with it. I also used to be very sensitive to the smell of water on the first day of menses, I could not stand it but that also disappeared. Apart from having pain on the first day there is one strange thing about my menses that I did not used to have years ago. At night when I am in bed it does not flow, when I get up in the morning it starts straight away.

Dear Wafaa,

thank you a lot for your help. In Hungary where I live homeopatic remedies can be bought without prescription until 30CH. Above that dilution I need a prescription. So it will take me few days to get one. Not so long ago I took Sepia 30CH and I am not sure how soon after that I can take a different remedy. I'll talk to John first to see what he says, as I do not want to take different remedies too soon. I will keep you informed. Thanks again. Rue

John,

everything is ok. After having few bad dreams at the beginning, I stopped having them. Phisically I feel ok, as spring has arrived in Hungary and I am very active. All my physical symptoms are better as always after winter has gone. Should I still wait and let you know if any bad dreams start?

Rue

John, last night I had a dream about loosing my teeth. I did not feel upset, it did not feel like a bad dream though I used feel real bad when I had them before. I never used to think that having bad dremas was a symptom, I used to think that it was just me being weird. Do you think that the dreams that used to upset me and they do not anymore, are a beginning of an improvement?

Rue

rue 2 decades ago
yes--implies improvement -- dreams only part of whole symptomology --when recurrent then valid symptom..

what physical complaints you have at this time?

john
