9 Year Old Afraid of Bowel Movements
I have a 9 year old daughter that is afraid of having bowel movements. She has had this fear ever since she was young but it is progressively getting worse.She gets angry and frustrated very easily and when angry or frustrated she is quick to lash out by hitting, kicking or yelling. When not upset she can be the sweetest person you can imagine.
She has a hard time focusing and staying on task and likes to be in charge. However she also has a hard time taking any responsibility for herself but gets easily angered if other people are irresponsible and goes out of her way to help others take care of their needs.
She is not very confident and gets frustrated with herself easily.
Any ideas or suggestions to help this child?
