Feeling very weak and pus filled pimples around mouth

I am 33 years old software professional (male). For last 6/7 months I am facing 2 problems.

One problem is Pimples around my mouth. I get minimum 1 new pimple every day and eventually it becomes 2 mm round and filled with pus. Most of the time it ruptures and dries. Life span of pimple is 3/4 days. I tried changing all sort of food by myself but no cure. I also started washing my face with soap frequently.

Other problem is I am feeling very weak right from when I wake up in the morning. So much that I even don’t feel like going to Gym and do some exercise. I feel like sleeping all the day.

I live in San Jose, California. Here is my daily routine

- Wakeup 7/7:30 AM
- Tea
- I go 2/3 times for potty till 10 am
- Shower 9am
- Breakfast 9:30 am
- Goto work 10 am
- Lunch 1 pm
- Some time take tea at 5pm
- Back to home at 7/7:30
- Dinner at 8/8:30
- Talking with son and wife till 10/11pm
- Going bed at 10/11 pm
- Myself my wife and my 5year old son all sleep on one queen size bed.

Please reply me the solution. Really Really appreciate it.
