combination of the following and use it for my symptoms
1.sabal serr 6c
2.clematis 6c
3.ferram picr 6c/ferram phos6c.
Kindly examine and give your valuable advice.Also pl see whether 6c or 6x is better in these cases.In item3 which is better.

Better to use Reckeweg R 25 combination in that case.

I have gone thro 'the contents of R25.Some of its medicines are related to pain,blood in urine etc.,I do not have those symptoms.That is why I selected a few which are tallying with my symptoms.

Have you taken puls. 30c? If yes what was the response?
Usually I'm not in favour of combination of medicines except under exceptional circumstances or for drainage purpose. For drainage purpose, 6x is generally used and not 6c.
I'd leave the decision to you. However if you choose to follow my suggestion, i'd continue to follow up.
(Some of your choices also have pain as a symptom)

There's some resonation with the remedy otherwise you won't be sensitive to this remedy pulsatilla.
So i'd suggest an alternative gentle mode of trying pulsatilla. We'll see if it can give you positive results.
Insert a pill or a drop of pulsatilla 30c in a 250 ml packaged mineral water bottle(filled upto three-fourths of the bottle). Every time just before you take a dose, you will have to shake the bottle up and down and in downward motion of the bottle you will hit the bottle against your other palm gently. Repeat this for 7 times and then take 3 drops from the bottle as a dose.
Take one dose daily for a week. In between if you notice aggravation, please stop and report.

The aggravation symptoms which I mentioned on 24-7-10 are increasing and I am feeling the discomfort.Should I wait till they subside or start the wet dose of pulse30c?The old problems like itching and pilesare also surfacing.To wait or think of treatmant for piles?

Yes divine grace, you can go ahead with puls. in wet dose as was suggested in my last post. Puls. can also help with piles/itching. If the aggravation from puls. didn't stabilise after puls. in wet dose or you don't notice any benefit from wet dose or you get new aggravation stop and report, other option may be suggested.

You suggested R25 combination.Should it be in addition to sarsaparilla?The urologist opined that my problem is mainly overactive bladder(urge incontinence).What is your opinion about R74 in this regard?

Sarsaparilla takes care of bladder problems, that is why I suggested to you this med after seeing your scan report which said that Prostrate Gland is normal.
Try this med first. I am sure it will prove beneficial.
If problem still persists...we will see which med/ combination to suggest.
But I am quite hopeful that Sarsaparilla will resolve your problem.

I told you essentially what the Urologist is telling you after doing a check on you....regarding weakening of bladder muscles.
