Post inguinal hernia scar tissueI had surgery over three months ago and over did the lifting and feel sometime sharp quick pain then dull discomfort deep and around the incision area which I suspect is new tissue developing around mesh. No new bulge which is good. In addition I now have gas and bloating. What can I take to stop the bloating/gas and scar tissue pain?
I really appreciate this forum and thanks for any input.

The analgesic I used was 2 pellets Arnica 30c every 2 hours post surgery, sublingually. Arnica also helped the wound to recover very fast and I did not experience any pain on the lesion except when I coughed for about a week. This was also the last time I took any antibiotic as I only use an AB on a SOS basis. I do not also use any drugs whatever and at age 81 I am as fit as I was 50 years ago. with BP 120/80 Pulse 65.
You will also benefit from Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken twice daily for a month and later nightly for life as I have done for the last 15 years. You will find that the Arnica will help the tissue surrounding the sutures to heal better even through late today.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made up as follows:
Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also known as Liquid Dilution.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake it hard to produce bubbles.
This is homeopathic succussion and must be done every time before a capful of the bottle which is the dose is sipped as directed.
If you wish to have more information on Arnica you can type Arnica into the Search box on every page and read the many articles that I have contributed.
You can use Nat Phos 6x dose 2-3 tablets after a meal to help with the discomfort after a meal. The Arnica will help with the pain around the scar tissue.
Please report your response in a week.
