I wonder if anyone can help me, one of my dearest friends has been suffering from thalassemia for many years, Her spleen enlarged so much that she had to have it removed a few months ago. She is currently in hospital due to problems in her chest, she says that she feels pain when she swallos and like she has air in her lungs. However please can you let me know if there is anything homeopathically she take to assist her
