pilonidal sinus - afraid of surgery
Hello doctor, i have read a lot about pilonidal sinus in this forum. I am sure you can help me out as well. My regular schedule is disrupted. I am suffering from this disease since last 2.5 months. Already completed 2 courses of antibiotics. No results. Surgeon recommends surgery. I believe homeopathy is a more permanent and effective treatment. A small cyst which had grown in the beginning, then disappeared after taking some medicines, now again appeared. Normal discharge of blood and pus, as observed on undergarments. Doctor, please help me out, since I donot want to go for a surgery since doctor suggests 1-2 weeks in hospital, and I am not ready for it mentally and have loads of work in office. you can kindly layout the medicine schedule for me. I am ready to answer any clarifications you want before prescription. waiting for your reply as early as possible,doctor. I cant live with this sub par health condition anymore. Hello Dr Pankaj,
I want to draw your attention to something. After reading through the posts here, and believing that homeopathy has an almost guaranteed treatment to pilonidal sinus, I took a membership of DR batras homeopathy for 1 year, which has costed me Rs 12000/-. Not cribbing about the monetary aspect,and coming straight to the point, the doctors there have told me that the treatment may actually take somewhre between 8months - 1.5 years to fully heal. I wanted you opinion on how true it is. Does it normally take that much time? Or is Dr Batra just trying to prolong the treatment because they have membership fees for 6 months, 1 year & 2 years, so they might just want to run the program for as long as possible to make more money. Please help me out on this one. Thanks Dr Varma. Curiously awaiting a reply.
