Painful gas in InfantMy three month old is exclusively breastfeeding and experiencing painful gas. I've altered my diet w/no results, and she still woke up last night twisting and screaming in pain.
She generally has gas all day long, beginning around sunrise and sometimes it isn't painful; just lots of farting throughout the day. Other times though (usually at night or very early morning, 2 or 3am) she screams from the pain of it ... I hear the bubbles gurgling in her belly and that will make her cry. Or she'll pass gas and scream out in pain.
Her stools are not stinky, though occasionally I've noticed the gas has a slight odor.
Thanks for the help!!!
