Detox for kids
I would like to trya yearly detox remedy for myself and my children ( ages: 17, 14 and 11). We are all about 5 to 10 kilos overweight and tend to be sluggish. We overeat and suffer from digestive problems. I would like to consider detoxing to clean out the body. Is it safe for children? I was considering using Exhinacea or Nux.Thank you

Plz take apple cider vinegar three times a day. wat u have to do, add two spoons of vinegar and one spoon of honey in warm glass of water. Take it empty stomach. u all will not only loose wt but ur body will auto detox itself. Initially taste may nt be good bt gradually u will like it. It means ur body is detoxing. In addition, u can take one dose of Nux vomica at bed time for abour 5 days.

i forgot to mention that we have a reocurring typhoid problem--actually salmonella that keeps coming back every year. will this help get rid of it?
