Grade A Esophagaties, erosive duodinites and Hiatal Hernia

Dear Doctor,

I am a 35 year old female, married and have a 9 yr old son. I was diagonised with the above problems during endoscopy last week. The doctor has put me on IRS (one capsule daily). My symptoms started 2 months back.

1. upper abdomen pains, not a sharp pain but a sort of cramp which will remain through out the day, with feeling of nausea and sometimes headache.

2. It started off with this pain when i eat from restaurant and after about 2 weeks now its daily.

3. My skin is very sensitive and keep getting skin rashes every now and then, specially on face. Dr says its dry skin but does not look like dry skin.

I have high levels of anxiety, due to which i developed hypertension recently (around 6 months back) My blood pressure fluctuates from 170/90 to 130/90.I am not taking any medications for that as of now.

I had an ubdominal scan last week which was normal except for mild infiltration of liver for which the doctor prescribed no medicines.

No major disease suffered till now.

Please give me a remedy so that i can have a peaceful normal life. My stomach problems are too difficult to manage, sometimes after lunch i feel strong nausea through out the day and i feel i will vomit.

Do your doctor done any blood test to rule out any infection i.e. H. pylori or any other.

Yes, i have had CBC and it came out normal and also while doing endoscopy itself it was tested for H.pylori and it was negative.

Most of your problems are related to being overweight.

Decrease your weight at least 8 kg.

For ease of these symptoms, you should take Pulsatilla 30c 2-3 drops or globules 30# empty stomach daily one time for three days and report next Friday with more details mainly which time it is worse and what things makes you better and what things makes you bad.

I am taking a capsule called IRS which has to be taken 3. mints before food in the morning, can i take your prescribed medicine with these capsule? the major problem of mine now is a feeling of something struck in the throat and also burning sensation

You can take medicine along with your capsules.

Regarding feeling of struck, may be your hernia is growing or esophagitis is worsening. Contact your doctor for these problems.
