Hairloss due to Rapid Weight Loss

Hello,

I was hoping to find out a remedy which would help with hair loss due to rapid weight loss. I've lost 50 pounds in 4 months. I'm on a program which requires to fast for 3-4 days.

Through research I've come to learn that fasting can also cause gallbladder stones. Is there a remedy which would prevent the formation of the stones?

Also what potency and how often would I have to take those remedies?

Thank you!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hi,

Hairloss due to nutritional reasons is not the realm of homeopathy.

However, gall stones are indeed preventable and curable through homeopathy.

But before, a remedy can be suggested , much more information about you is needed.

Please talk more about your fears, anxieties, and other feelings.

When did these problems begin ? What was going on in your life at that time ?

Things which make you feel better/worse in general should be mentioned. e.g. seasons, weather, foods, touch, massage, ocean, open air, sunlight, seaside etc.

What are the diseases that run in your family ?

I do not have gall stones yet (at least I don't think I do, since nothing is bothering me). However because I am on this program where we fast for 3-4 days a week, it is possible that gall stones may form and I wanted to see if I could be taking any remedies to prevent the stones from forming.

I do have a history of gall stones in my family. So does diabetis, that's one of the reasons why I'm working hard on loosing the weight. I realize starving is not the best way to go and may posess it's own issues, but dealing with obesity is priority number one.
To better pinpoint my constitution, I can say that:
I feel better during cold weather. Autumn is my favorite season.
I can not drink hot liquids, for some reason I get burnt when I try drinking hot tea or coffee.
I have very fair skin and brown eyes; and simply cannot tan. I'm either white, or red due to a sun burn:(
Red wine makes my face flush, perhaps I'm alergic to sulphides?
I have history of asthma/chronic bronchitis which started when I was 11. I was treated with 3 homeopathic remedies which pretty much took care of the condition. 19 years later I do have inhailor just in case, but frankly I never know where it is because i simply do not have the attacs anymore. I think 2 out of 3 remedies were Ipicacuana (sp?) and Belladona. I might be off on it, it was 19 years ago:)
Not sure if this helps: but I absolutely love being in water: pool, river, ocean. However because of my skin complection my time there is limited. But in reality I can stay in the water for hours:))

I figured I'd try one more time: is there any remedy that helps hair loss during weight loss?

Thank you!!

Can you please describe your behavior and temperament ? Describe yourself as a person.

Any fears or anxieties ?

Responsible, cautious, detail oriented. Feel more comfortable in smaller crowds/gatherings and in the surroundings which are familiar. Change in direction could make me feel uneasy/conscious. Could be jealous/possessive.

Hmm..I know your remedy but it will probably not tackle the issue you came here for. (since it is out of the realm of homeopathy to tackle hairloss due to imperfect nutrition).

I can prescribe but I am not sure of you would be interested in changing some of the mental/emotional traits you have got(Jealous/possessive/conscious) and countering the diabetes issue.

Do tell :)
BTW I don't have diabetes, but it runs in my family for sure.

As for changing the traits you've listed, perhaps it would not be the worst thing to do. I do get anxious and stressed when things around me are changing, if anything would ease that, it would be great.

Okay then, please follow this prescription exactly:

Three doses of LACHESIS 30c to be given for ONE single day ONLY as described below.

Dissolve 2 pellets of LACH 30c in a 250 ml spring water bottle. If leave the pellets in water for 20 mins, they will melt. You can shake it gently after they have dissolved.

Take a teaspoon from this bottle using a disposable spoon 3 times, spaced by 30 minutes. This is to be done for one day ONLY.

Let me know in 7 days after these 3 doses. I look forward to your response.

Restrictions:

1/. Nothing should enter the mouth for 40 minutes prior to, or after taking the remedy.
2/. Do not touch the tablets with your hands, tip them into the cap of the container they came in and then into the water .
3/. Avoid coffee, tea (including green), and other sources of caffeine such as some fizzy drinks and large amounts of chocolate, except where this would cause a drastic change in consumption
4/. Avoid wearing perfume/aftershave, or exposure to anything with a strong smell on the day and 3 days following the remedy administration. This includes any and all essential oils, and incense.
5/. Avoid the consumption of excessively spicey foods
6/. The use of medicinal herbs, either as 'teas' or supplements should be avoided during Homoeopathic treatment, as should the use of over the counter medication, unless this has been recommended by an MD.
7/. Nothing of a medicinal nature should be applied to the skin
