Ear - Buzzing sound.Please help.

Dear Sir/s

My son has blockages in Eustachian tube.So i read here about vacuum method.I thought i would try it first to see if it works.After doing it just once i now have Buzzing sound in Both Ears.My hearing has always been very good and in fact i pick up the smallest of sounds like very slight vibration sounds when driving the car.Now this buzzing is bothering me as i suddenly hear/notice sounds like the motor of the exhaust fan in my office.Also when i sleep i hear the sound.When i am conversing or watching tv it does not bother me as i guess the sound of conversation/tv is louder than the buzz.This started since 03/08.Please help and let me know what to take or what to do to reverse this situation.
