Paracentral Disc Protrusion at C6/C7...
Hi...I am zain... my age is 23... I have recently been diagnosed with Paracentral disc protrusion at C6/C7 without significant foraminal damage or nerve root impingement...just wanna give you some details in retrospect....
I have a normal body with height 5 9..
I dont exercise regularly rather i play football sometimes...
I prefer heavy meals like beef or mutton.. like roasted sort of...
Sometimes i feel depression in morning without any reason....
Sex drive is good.... but from the last one or two years, i have been facing the partial erection problem... which is infact not that serious at all to me....
This is my profile...
I am currently using Rhas Tox and Arnica in 30... 3 times with thirty minutes before meal... Effect is good... I have seen some material about Ruta...just that it gives a good impact on cartilages or disks...
Kindly give me your opinion...
