Semen Analysis: Low Sperm, Motility and Volume

Hello Dr.
I was suffering from low sperm count, low motility and low volume. A homeopath suggest me Damiana Pentarkan (PTK 40). I used this medicine for 8 months and my count and motility became normal but volume did not increase. After that this medicine is not available in the market. Yesterday I went for semen analysis after 6 month later. Now My Report is as follows:-
Semen Analysis:
Volume : 1.0 ml
Colour : Pale White Reaction : Alkaline

Sperm Count : 1.12 (Lac) Sperm Motility :
Grade I : 25 %
Grade II : 05 %
Grade III : 10 %
Grade IV : 60 %
Pus Cells : 1-2 /HPF Epithelial Cells: Nil R.B.Cs : Nil
Any Other Abnormality : Nil Motility Grading (WHO Grading System)
GRADE IV---Sperm moving in forward line with littele yaw and latgeral movement. GRADE III---Slower Movement with no lateral movement. GRADE II--- Slower than grade III with substantial yaw.
GRADE I--- No forward Progression.

Total Count:25 million/ml
Motility:Grade I :70%
Normal forms: 40%
Abnormal Forms:60%
Heads:20%,Mid Piece:20%,Tail:20%
Exudate/HPF 1-2 Pus Cells/HPF
DamianaQ 15 drops thrice daily for 6 months
Tribulus Terestrius Q 15 drops twice daily for 6 months
Zincolaik 2 caps twice daily for 3 months

My latest semen analysis report after medication:
Volume:1.5 ml
PH: 7.0
Viscosity: Normal
Total Count:45 million/ml
Motility:Grade I :50%
Normal forms: 60%
Abnormal Forms:40%
Heads:15%,Mid Piece:10%,Tail:15%
Exudate/HPF 1-2 Pus Cells/HPF
1.Is this group of medication ok for me?
2.If yes,how long should I take this group to make double the count,increase motility to nearly 100%,and normal forms nearly 100%?
3.This is count enough for pregnancy?
4.If not, do I need to change the medication,what would you suggest?
