Blepharitis and dry eyes
Female age 63. Was diagnosed with blepharitis and dry eye. Some pitting on cornea due to dryness.Discharge from eyes. Stringy, thick, sticky, white. Worse at night. Worse from eating dairy. Sensitivity to casein.
Discharge usually present in upper and lower lids. I rinse my eyes several times daily to wash out. Eyes feel a little bit sore.
Have been using various dry eye drops without much improvement.
Thank you for any advice you have to offer.
