and sometimes this pain occurs both sides of lower abdomen at the same time

2.I am suffering from loose motion from last 5- 6 years.
because of this i am getting much weaker and weaker day by day .

i feel gas in abdomen, and find it difficult to pass.

i donot feel hunger at nay time .

Right now i m using alopathy medicine
COLOFAC (MEBVERINE) 135MG

It is for abdominal pain relief .

I have used homeopathy remedy CHINA OFF 30C and ASAFOETIDA 30 for stomach swelling and fullnes.

QUESTION :

1.Can i use china off 30c during loose motion for stomach fullness and swelling.

Because i fell sometimes that this remedy aggravate loose motion.
Loose motions becomes more worse .

2.Do u think there is other remedy for stomach fulness
during diarrhea or should i use china off.

3.I have consulted doctor ,and he gave me both china and asafoetda in 30c and advised to use alternately with interval of 3 hours.

So should i use both together.
