Internal non-bleeding piles

I am a 38 year old woman, suffering from internal non-bleeding piles.
Since ten years I have been having headache typically after eating lunch, accompanied by stomach gas. When the occipital area of the head is massaged, it leads to belching which relieves headache.
I took ayurvedic treatment which relieved the problem because it improved bowel movements and digestion.
But nobody could explain the headache.
Recently an ayurvedic doctor told me that I could be having hemorrhoids.
I did notice that something comes out of the anus during bowel movement, and I thought it was rectal prolapse.
But after the doctor's suggestion I went to a allopathic hospital to check, the doctor said that there is piles, but minor.
I feel that some stools get stuck in the rectum because of the piles, I feel that this aggravates in the afternoon, and I feel that this is the cause of headache. Because even when the bowel is full, before bowel movement I get headache, and if the bowel gets fully empty the headache goes away. Even if there is a minor gas due to indigestion the headache appears. I have noticed that my husband gets this headache only when he has a severe constipation. The fact that I get the headache at the minor most gas and constipation makes me feel that it is the pressure on the engorged piles that is causing the headache. In fact I don't have any pain or itching in the anus, except for occasional obstruction. The trouble is headache. So past 3-4 months I took a ayurvedic proprietary medicine of a famous company. My headache episode was very bad before that, now it has reduced substantially. On self-checking I feel that the piles has also shrunk. But I am a fundamentally a homeopathy believer. I have a feeling that homeopathy can help in completely solving the piles and consequently the headache.
I will be thankful for the advice. I would also like to know if homeopathy makes a connection between piles and headache. AT the moment I prefer treatment for piles exclusively to see if that will help rid of my headache. I don't want to experiment with any secondary medicine with headache.
But for that I don't have any other health complaints. I do get stomach burning if I eat spicy food, and certain foods like raw onion, tamarind does not agree with me, these cause tremendous gas. Eventually I will be happy if I develop better tolerance to food.
Thanks for the patience and for the advice in advance.
