Boiron vs. Helios?
What's the difference between these two remedies? Boiron recommends 3-5 pellets, Helios recommends just 1. The only difference in appearance is Boiron is more of a solid white, Helios is more of a sheer white. Is there a difference in the medication content of the pellets? If there's no difference, why the different dosage recommendation? Thanks.

This is best answered by Boiron?.............1 pellet is plenty, and 3-5 pellets if taken at the same time theoretically have the same effect as 1 pellet. Perhaps the company finds the consumer likes to take a quantity rather than just one?

When a company will only sell the largest pellets and suggests that 3 is the dose, the co. wants you to buy more often. It is a marketing gimick.
Always ask for the smallest bottle and the # 10 granules so you will have more remedy for your money.
One granule, small as a pin head, can be one dose. But no human believes this. We have been taught for too many years that more is better.
In homeopathy, less is better.
This is the difference.
