Hyperpigmentation on Face

Hello,

I am 26 yrs married male. I have been suffering from pimple problems and for the same visited a dermatologist who suggested me to take isotroin tablets. During the course, I suffered from following problems:
1) Excessive oil loss (skin became extra dry)
2) Darkening of the Skin
After completion of the course, my pimples are under control but my face color has sufferred severe discoloration.
My neck and body is still fair but face has turned dark and continued to be that way. I visited another dermatologist (he said it is hyperpigmentation) for this for which I was prescribed Fluocort lotion and later diprovate RD.
My face color improves with this but as soon as I stop using it, it becomes the same again.
I wish I could regain back my original color permanently and hence wanted to opt for homeo medicines.
I have a normal lifestyle and routine. No smoking and drinking. No other health problems. Please suggest me some good medicine for my problem

On more information:
Now my face has become oily again and I do get pimples too if I eat anything oily. But my main problem is face discoloration which I would like to seek treatment for.
