reversing dental bone loss

Hi,
I am suffering from severe bone loss because of periodontitis. Currently, I am undergoing periodontal treatment involving surgery. I am wondering if there is a homeopathy medicine that can reverse this bone loss. My current homeopathy medicines for this issue include Silicia 200, Hekla lava 200 and Plantigo major 200. Please advise.
