7 year old son woke up with a sore penis

My 7 year old woke up just before 7 this morning with a sore penis. He said last night at around 9 or 10 pm that his tummy hurt and he had leg pains( the leg pains at night are a regular occurance but seem to be indicative of some type of impending illness.... This morning he said the tip of his penis was really red and it had white chalky substance inside the tip of his penis that wouldn't come out when he tried to pee. When he tried to pee this morning it wouldn't come out either. He says his penis is really sore, and he was in pain trying again to pee at 9am. At 9 am the pee came out but with difficulty. I took a look at the penis at just before 9am and it wasn't as red as it had been at 7 am (but after waking up from the soreness, he went back to sleep until just before 9am. Could you advise me what remedy he needs? He also had some emotional upset over the weekend if that makes any difference.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him a single dose of Merc. Sol. 200c on a empty stomach at morning 1 hour before breakfast. Do not repeat it on the next 7 days. Do not take any other remedy or herbs in this 7 days. Report back after 7 days.

One single dose means: insert 2 drop of the remedy into 15 ml distilled water. Thoroughly stirred it and sip up slowly.
