widal and albumin in urine

my child is 20 y old. his weight is 52 kg. he is under weight, he is suffering from feaver from 01.08.10. same day he passed brown color urine, after taking 6 glass of water his urin was being normal color, in urine test albumine (++)
sugar nil
microscopic examination:
3-4 pus cells
many R.B.Cs are seen.
WIDAL TEST
1:20 1:40 1:80 1:160
TO + + + -
TH + + - -

pl advice , is this dangoures.what precaution should be taken by us and also suggest medicine for this diseases.
