Dear Sir
how are you , Iam a male 36 years old Actually my problem is that whenever climate changes then and if i eat some cold things then too much mucus will form and i get sinus headache then my nose will block and slowly it gets infection in tonsils start swelling and i get fever and body pains my tonsils they are making me sick very much please tell doctor that they are swollen and always i have swollen with mild changes in climate also and it starts very frequently and my body gets weak with feverish and also mucous gets accumulated so its like sinus infected with tonsils please iam sending you pictures of my tonsils so that you can advise me that should i go for tonsillectomy or not as some doctors say to do and some say not to do i dont understand please help me sir
