potential heat rash and tingling

I came back from holiday and got a rash 1 day after return. The rash is like heat rash therefore I used 30c sulphur. I normally use 6c however the shop did not have 6c. The symptoms have not cleared and I still have the rash, now itchy, with tingling and coldness. Feel very tired and light headed too. Could I have over dosed on sulphur. Commenced Monday and ceased taking it Friday evening. 2 x 4 times a day

Yes, you have overdosed Sulphur. You should have taken only 3 doses for only one day and waited. There are many remedies for limited symptoms, therefore more details help in working out the remedy.
