ACL and meniscus injury

Hi there, I have just been treated through complex ancient methods for regrowth of ACL (ligament) and healing of meniscus and the treatment is progressign well. I am writing to inquire if there are any homeopathic remedies to speed up healing and repair of this very deliccate part of the body deficient in bloof supply, I shall be grateful to know.
