Proving Lidell Letting go formula

I would like a suggestion on how to antidote Lidells formula Letting go which contains the above. I have had extreme symptoms of dizziness and heaviness in the head and eyes

Aconitum Napellus (Monkshood) - for anxiety, phobias and fears, especially a fear of the future

Avena Sativa (Oat Straw) - for healthy brain nutrition, periodic sleeplessness and general nervousness

Aurum Metallicum (Metallic Gold) - for feelings of dissatisfaction and listlessness

Zincum Metallicum (Zinc) - for feelings of depression and sluggishness

Calcarea Carbonica (Carbonate of Lime) - for feelings of anxiety, anguish and periodic sleeplessness

Coccus Cacti (Cochineal) - for tension headaches and restless sleep

3 doses camphor 30c--1 dose evry 24 hours--no more after 3rd dose---allow thing s settle then retake case.

if any effect from any dose of camphor, then no more doses.

Thanks for your reply. I have used Camphor in the past and it worked short term but the symptoms returned within a day. I also have used Pulsatilla recently as an antidote as many of the symptons matched. This finally seems to be working, and also Pulsatilla helped me tremendously to aleviate problems with Argentum Nit as you will read below. I am very new to Homeopathics and it seems I am very sensitive to any remedy. I think it best if I do not take anything once I get this corrected. My initial beginning with Homeopathics was to find something I could take calm me down, mostly to slow my heart rate, as I do public speaking and also at other times my heart seems to race. In addition I had a consultation and orginally Argentum Nit was recommended for various issues I had with relationships and fear of loss, etc.. I did not do well with Argentum either and it took almost a month for those symptoms to clear up. Anyway that is kind of the short of it, I would like some additional consultation if you do such services. Please let me know, how to best go about such a process. Thank again so much for your response.
