I have prescribed and also used Conium 6c in the Wet dose taken bd to help reduce the enlarged Prostate but the remedy must be taken for many months to ensure that it help to reduce it.
I have helped some patients who were in Urine retention due to BPH to stabilize their problem with both Conium and Arnica 30c in the wet dose taken bd.
