1 Year of Hot Flashes & No Menstrual Cycle
In 2006, I had an unexpected brain tumor removed through brain surgery, a stillborn baby at 6months pregnant and blurred vision. After the surgery, everything was restored. 17months later the brain tumor returned and i went blind.Proton therapy from January-March 2008 saved my quality of life. In April 2009, I got married and it was the last time I received my menstrual cycle, I have extreme hot flashes that are getting worse and I'm tired often. I was told the tumor interrupted my pituitary and my hormones are all out of whack. I don't want to be on medication for the rest of my life. Also, we want to have a baby.
