Severe Sinus that smells

Hi I'm desperatley looking for help regarding my daughters sinus

My 12 year old wakes up with a stuffy nose and sneezing almost every day
Later in the day the sinus starts to smell and she becomes very quiet & withdrawn because she's embarrased.
Complains of frequent headache
Complains of restless sleep and nightmares
Quite sensitive and moody at times
Spending time with animals mainly cats, causes puffy eyes and sneezing
Sinus wash with salt & baking soda not really helping her
Beginning to effect her emotionally
Tried anti histamines and nasal sprays, which gives temporary relief

Thats pretty much everything I can write. I do need help as she is really suffering and I feel helpless
