How to Treat Fibroids and lose weight

Hi,

I am 45 years old, black,live in US and I have fibroids. Two years ago, the doctor said my fibroid (on right side) was as big as a 3 month old baby. Just look kind of pregnant. They do not hurt at all. Now my fibroids are big as a 20 week old fetus. They still don't hurt; everyone thinks I am pregnant. Single, no kids.
My period comes every 28-30 days, red, normal, last 3-4 days. I have been going to the bathroom alot. I drink nothing but water, green tea and coffee(decaf mostly)

Some physical/mental facts. I hate being cold period. Very impatient, good health. I have started eating alot and my 167 lbs have blossomed to 189 lbs(5'9' tall) in the past 4-5 months. I do have stress and anxiety since I have been laid off from job for the past year 1/2
Blemishes are coming back; breaking out like crazy. Get knot/rising around my ears. I don't look or feel good. Please tell me how to get rid of my fibroids and help me to lose the 40 lbs I have gained. I like homeopathy because I came to this site when I had gotten a pilonidal cyst and I was cured by the the advice given here.
