Pilonidal Cyst / Sinus OR Anal Fitsula

Hello Dr. Verma,

As per Your request I am this creating new thred to discuss my case with you.

I am from Gujarat, India.
currently I am in US.
I am pure vagetirain.
I like to eat all gujarati varietiy food.
Mostly we eat roti & subji in afternoon and in the night.

Right now I Have 1/4 inch of cavity (hole) right in the middle of my buttocks 1 inch above anus. It drains every 15/20 days then in two days it is covered with the skin, but the caivty is still there under the skin. This cavity gets filled with blood during 15/20 days when I do sit on my butt or when I do some heavy work. Once it gets completely filled then it ready to pop-up again.
I keep applying Antibitic cream when the cavity is open.
When I apply AB Cream, it itehes a lot. I also applied castor oil sometime. I don't konow if it works or not.
Please advise me the right medicines. I am also copying here my story which i posted on pilonidal cyst thread.

Here is the story of my painfull journey since last seven months. It started with a small pimple on the middle crease of my buttocks just above anus. I didn't care much about it. It drained with pus and blood in a week time. I thought that was the end of it. I did apply some antibiotic cream to heal. It was fine for two weeks. Then again it drained same way. I went to doctor they suggested me surgeory. The doctor isnt's sure if it is fistula or pilonidal sinus. He say the only way he can say is the diagnosis under anesthesia. I wasn't agree with the surgon. I decided to start homeopathy treatment. I am taking arnica montena 30c,silicea 6x and net phos and 6x, antibiotic cream. I had been taking these dose since last two months. I see little imporvement but not much. I am not sure what I have ? Is it fistula or pilonidal sinus. ? Right now I have 1/4 inch of tear (hole) on the middle crease of my buttocks just above anus, i do feel some small lump inside. It drains every two to three weeks with blood and sometimes with pus. It heels in two days and then comes back again in 15 to 20 days. I don't have problems during bowl movements. Dr. Verma please advise me the right medicines.
