Noctural Emission/Spermatorrhoea

I dont know exactly what the name is, but I stoppped Masturbating and looking at Porn already for 3 months and I still get Noctural Emission. I sometimes feel as If my bladder is not empty even though Nothing come out by when i go to the bathroom. When I sleep, sperm comes out.

Please help someone ASAP!
