daytime incontinence in foster child

Hello everyone, I have been looking into a homeopathic remedy for the little 4 year old girl who has come to live with me. It is suspected that she has experienced some kind of trauma surrounding toilet training in the past and so has remained in nappies with her prevoius foster carer with only one attempt at toilet training which was not successful. I have taken her out of nappies and have found that she can wet herself up to 6 or 7 times an hour and is also encopretic. She does not show any understanding of when she might need to go to the toilet.
She is a dark haired chatty 4 year old who appears to be meeting all of her milestones developmentally. I have seen lots of suggestions for night time wetting but not any, (apart from Ferrum.Phos), for daytime wetting. Would this be a suitable remedy for her? Thanks in advance for any help that anyone is able to give me.
