Weakness, Face and foot swelling and Appetite Loss
Hello Dr. MehfoozMy father is 70 yrs old. He is suffering from Swelling on face and foot, Sleeplessness, Physical Weakness on walking and Lose of Appetite Problem. His Ultrasound and X-Ray Report is as Follows:

X-Ray Chest P.A. View (In Deep Inspiration)
Cardio-thoracic ratio is 58%. Pulmonary Conus is normal.
Lung markings appear prominent on both sides.
Left costophrenic angle is obliterated.
Chest is emphysematous.
Bony Cage appears normal.
Opinion: Findings are suggesting Cardiomegaly with left costophrenic angle.
Blood Sugar: Random 111(R)
Ultrasound for Upper Abdomen (5 Spots)
Liver is normal in size and echotexture.
No obvious focal lesion is seen in liver.
No evidence of intrahepatic billiary dilatation is seen.
CBD is normal in caliber and measure 5mm.
Gall Bladder appears normal
No evidence of calculus is seen.
Evidence of fluid is seen in peritoneal and both pleural cavities (Mainly left pleural Cavity)
Kidneys, Pancreas and Spleen are normal in size and echotexture
Opinion: Features off :-
:Bilateral pleural effusion Mainly on left side.
:Mild Ascites.

You were right about heart problem. My father is suffering from Left Ventricle and Left Atrium Enlarged in heart. His Echocardiogram Report is as follows:

Doppler Studies:
*. MVIV = E/A = 0.4/0.6 M/S
*. Aortic Flow Velocity = 0.80 M/S
