chronic Stress and Anxiety, tensions

I have extreme chronic Stress and Anxiety, tensions and fears.

I can not absorb any thing. The fear of future life the fear of my job which is really hectic and I have to cope with tough situations and extreem pressure. I can never relax my self. I am doing work, doing lunch, sleeping, walking or doing whatever I am under extreem stress or tension. This is killing me actually. I can not relax my nerves.

Is there any one who can take me out?
