Natrum Phosphoricum Interactions

I urgently need to know the interactions of Natrum Phosphoricum 6X as it relates to the other homepathic remedies that I'm already taking for my severe asthma and sinusitis. I want to start the Natrum Phosphoricum 6X for weight loss but I am worried that it might cancel out the efficacy of the other ones, which are: Pulsatilla 30C, Natrum Sulphuricum 6C, Apis Mellifica 200C and Tuberculinum Bovinum. I have a big order ready to be placed here but I cannot place it until I have the answer to my question, of course. Dear Joe, I would greatly appreciate it if you could answer this question for me.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I note that you had requested me to respond to your post on adding Nat Phos 6x to the remedies you are currently taking that you listed:

'Pulsatilla 30C, Natrum Sulphuricum 6C, Apis Mellifica 200C and Tuberculinum Bovinum.'

You state that you are taking them for Asthma and Sinusitis but I would advise you to not mix the 4 remedies together and also add the Nat Phos to reduce your weight. It is best to treat your Asthma with Nat Sulph 6c in the Wet dose and after observing how your Asthma responds, you can then add the Nat Phos 6x.

I do not see the relevance of your ordering the Apis M 200c and Tubericulinum which is a Nosode and must be taken under supervision.

You are advised NOT to take Homeopathic remedies ad lib as the combined effect of those you listed cannot help to treat Asthma, Sinusitis and weight loss.

Thank you Joe. I have 2 more questions: the reason why you advised not to combine the 4 remedies I'm already taking, is it because they nullify one another's effect? I have a severe fungal sinus infection and asthma recently developed 9 months ago when I caught the fungus and Apis Mell., Pulsatilla and Tuberculinum Bov have helped me improve sinus symptoms (including reducing mucus production) in the past so I would prefer taking them if possible. I've been taking Natrum Sulph 6X and my asthma has improved with this treatment too (although I will switch to Nat Sulph 6C as you recommend). Are they cancelling each other out? And my second question is: which wet dose of Natrum Sulph 6C do you recommend for my asthma? Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
