Some one told me that CoQ10 also named as Coenzyme is excellent for incresing sperm count.Is it a Homeo medicine?Will any one guide me?mrbaig on 2010-11-09

It's a vitamin supplement. It's not a homeopathic remedy. It's rich in anti oxidation and hence can provide overall benefits as a supplement.

This is known to increase sperm motility. (i.e quality of sperm to move properly towards an egg). It won't help in increase of sperms though.

Traditional Chinese Medicine does use this to support the use of Gotu Kola in male fertility treatments. Gotu Kola is what you will want and you can take Coenzyme Q10 with it to help with circulation/movement of blood.

In homeopathy Gotu Kola is known as Hydrocotyle Asiatica but is likely used in a very different fashion, as homeopathy always is.
Avoid Gotu Kola however, if you are taking meds for diabetes.
