Help With A Pilonodial Cyst.
Hi Pankaj,Here is the new thread you requested I start. I am a 34 year old male, 6 4, 240 Lbs., in good health (mentally and physically) other than this cyst. I have had two operations for this and both have failed to fix this problem. To date, I have an opening from the last operation (about a year ago now) that continues to have leakage from the cyst. Like I was saying, I have read your suggestions on what to take to cure this disease so I ordered Silicea 1M and Silicea 30C-4 g. You were also suggesting that others use Myristica 200 to open the cyst but I felt that as mine is continuously open, I could skip taking this. So I was planning on taking the one Silicea 30 twice a day for a week then taking one Silicea 1m twice a day for one day after that. Am I correct with the amounts and timelines? Also is there anything else I should try or take for this disease?
After reading this forum discussion and learning from you that there may be other under lying sinus tracks. I will need the Myristica 200 to so heres everything I have ordered now.

1 x 40g Cream Calendula Officinalis
I will try whatever it takes as I DON'T want to go through another surgery. Can you please advise me on dosages as I am a big guy (240Lbs.) and probably have to take more then what a 150Lbs. person would take. If there is any other information you require please let me know.

It appears the surgeon did not clean up all the channels...or the channels filled up with pus again ( happens in cases of surgery).
Take Myrsitica 200c...first of all in the morning .
I ask every one having this problem to read my old posts so that they can get a complete picture of the problem and how and why surgery is not a permanent solution. About this you have already experienced it.
Also, by reading those posts you get to know how many people have benefited from my homeopathic advice in respect of this problem. That helps to increase the person's confidence.
Important thing to know is that the pus comes on to the surface of the skin from 3 or 4 maybe 5 different channels created by the body to expel the pus.
The homeopathic treatment is in three stages:
1. To expel all the pus (this needs patience)
2. To heal the wound
3. To ensure that further pus formation by the body is stopped.
When meds arrive... take one dose of Myristica 200c next morning on empty stomach.
(Myristica works as a homeopathic 'doctor's knife' to yank out the pus.) So pus will flow...allow it, wipe it clean and apply Calendula cream externally on the area.
Brushing teeth, eating , drinking anything only after 45 minutes of taking the dose.
No coffee, no tea, no colas, don't use perfume, don't smell camphor, no garlic etc.
Watch progress with that dose for next 72 hours and after that post feed back here.
Will keep an eye on this thread...and guide you.

Unfortunatly for me the meds have not arrived yet. I will do as you say with the Myristica 200 the following morning when it arrives. I guess 1 day delivery doesnt mean delivered to my mail box in one day. :)

If it is liquid..then 3 drops in two table spoons of water.
Pills ..depends on the size ..however 6 pills are adequate.

So I have taken 6 Myrsitica 200c yesterday morn.(Nov 18) and 6 this morn. (Nov 19)
It is draining quite a bit more then usual but i thought that is what the silicia was for. It dont matter as long as it keeps draning the bad stuff out ha ha. So I'll keep doing what im doing in the morning with 6 Myrsitica until you have time to update me. God I hope this works, I dont want to go through another surgery there and next time it will be worse because the doctor will have to cut a bigger and deeper hole in me.

Myrsitica does it 7 times faster than Silicea.
Let it happen. Clean the area 3 times a day. Apply Calendula cream around the area but not on the punctured spot.

No need to take more med.
Just apply Calendula cream as advised. If there is pain..you can take a few doses of Belladona.

there is always a little pain. So what am I looking for to happen now? Its still draining slightly and feel another sinus track appearing by the anus now??

Take two doses of Belladona 200 in a gap of one hour for pain to go away.(today).

I expect the draining to take place for 3/ 4 weeks. Probably the surgeon did not yank out all the pus...0r...your system is such that it makes pus again quickly.

Put them in your mouth and let them dissolve. They taste sweet.
Continue for 3 weeks.Will need to take for a longer time.
Let me know when Lachesis arrives...will guide how to take it.

I ordered the Lachesis and more Myristica 200, should be here within five days. I still have some Myristica but ordered more anyway. I have The liquid form of Calcarea Sulphur 4DH, how many drops equal 1 pill or how many drops 4 times a day do I take of that.

For 24 hours no other med. This med is not to be repeated.
Myrsitica 200c only 24 hours after Lachesis.
Lachesis is meant to fight any infection the child may have which his causing the formation of the pus.

There must be a little confusion as this treatment is for myself and not a boy. I am the one with the cyst still present after two surgerys. Keep in mind that I am a big guy (6'4', 240) not fat, big and fit. So when recomending doses please do so to fit my build and not the build of a boy.
