This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
For tapeworm: GRANATUM 30C,

Homeopathic remedies are safe for kittens as well.

You can add some ground pumpkin seeds to the food as well to kill parasites.

Fleas carry the tapeworm. Some animals pick worms up from mousing. Granatum is safe for the kittens as well, NO toxicity.

Crush the pellet of the GRANATUM remedy on two spoons and drop it into the animals mouths, one pellet per animal, two times per day
or

dilute two pellets of GRANATUM in 4 oz of water, in a cup, stir until dissolved, Pound cup into palm of hand, every time before giving each animal one teaspoon of remedy. You can use an eyedropper for the kittens.

Granatum 30C 2 times daily for 2-3 weeks, take a break for a week and then dose again, until worms disappear. Will take some time, may have to repeat this cycle for months. Worms are at their peak during a full moon.

The chinese pumpkin seeds ground and added to the food will irritate the lining of the worms and help kill them.

I always tell people not to keep the animals at arms length even if they have parasites. All animals carry parasites, it is a weak immune system that allows the worms to take over, thus the animal becomes the host. So make sure your kids wash their hands as soon as they are done petting the animals. Do not let the kittens lick faces, period nor kids put their hands in their mouths when they are with the animals.

Put the animals on a good quality pet food. Raw or a good quality kibble, this is key. The worms will eat a lot of the food you give them, that is why you may see them having large appetites.

Keep litter boxes clean, clean, clean, this is where they worm segments will be in the fecal matter.

Not sure on the pumpkin seed extract. You may have to further research online. If your kids have no symptoms of worms, I would not bother, if they do, that is a whole nother ball game. You can give them pumpkin seeds as well.

YES you CAN give Granatum 30C to the kittens. There is nothing in homeopathy that is toxic to the young. We are not dealing with milligrams here, everything is diluted. The animal could eat the whole bottle of remedy and would show no negative effects.
