Rash on Forhead - Acutre flare up

Hi Forum,

Hope you are doing well.

I have been under stress lately and normally when i am stressed out, i get a rash that comes and goes on my forhead.

Symptoms:

Dryness, and times it can feel itchy, some redness, and if touched or picked at will start to weep a bit.. clear liquid.

I do put on some neem oil ..

when i wake up, forhead is a bit flaky..

is there any remedy i can take to treat this.

I believe its an acute flare up due to stress.
