please clarify my doubt
if homeopathic remedy at 6x potency can cure certain illness then,can we use same remedy at 200x potency for curing same illness.If so, why to suggest the remedy at 6x potency.please clarify my doubt,iam not geeting correct answer to this question.pakeee on 2010-11-17

The potency of the remedy primarily has to do with the strength of a disease it is prescribed for. When the disease is very intense, very strong, has a lot of symptoms, then a higher potency is usually needed to deal with it.
It actually relates to the strength of the person's vital force (life energy). When the vital force is very low, when the person's vitality is very low, then a low potency would be used. If the potency is too high, it can create a large aggravation for the patient, as it overwhelms the person's life force.
If the vital energy is very high, then this must be matched by a similar or stronger potency, or the remedy will not cure the disease.
