Supplement help..

Hello,

I am 23 years old. In early 2009 I had a brain mri done indicating 3 lesions on my brains, possibly from M.S.,I was suppost to get a spinal tap to see if it was M.S. or not,and go from there, but because of expenses and being on my own insurance I could not afford to go further in testing. If I had M.S. they would just give me meds anyway, which probably do more damage in long run anyway.

This summer I was reading how B-12 and vitamin D deficiency could be linked to M.S. and so i have been taking those and other supplements.

Here is what I take daily and take every few days...

What I take daily:

Methylcobalamin B-12 - 4000mcg
Liquid Vitamin D3 5000iu

Ionic Magnesium Liquid - Magnesium 400mg, Chloride 1120mg, Sulfate 60mg

I also eat quite a few things a week with vitamin a,d,and c in them, and a juice every day that has these and B vitamins in them.

Is this to much B12 and D3?

thanks
