Cyst & Abscess

Well, over the past few months it appears I have acquired some problems. I have 2 cysts on my buttocks. One is right at the top of the crack and the other is right above the anus straight in line with the other. Then directly across from the second cyst it seems that I have an abscess. It sits right on the inner cheek and the total size is about the size of a nickel or a lil bigger. Sometimes after going to the bathroom, it will bleed from whipping. It doesn't seem to get worse or better, it's just always there. Sometimes they will drain more often, but for the most part it’s the same everyday. I haven't gone to the doctors yet, it’s a lame excuse, but I’m very embarrassed about this. I was hoping the problem would go away like the cyst I had on my belly button. It's prob best to visit a doctor, but is there anything else anyone can suggest?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Sounds like pilonidal cyst. Read archives for info. Put the word pilonidal in the search box.

Yes, I have been looking into that, but do you think that all 3 are the same kind of cysts? 2 are tiny, yet there are 3 little holes visible all in a row down the crack, only 2 discharge though. Then there's the big one on the cheek.

I just bought some of the items from archived posts. I really hope this works. This has been bothering me for sometime now. The only weird thing though, is I feel no pain, ever... Only nasty discharge and blood.

I been trying to hide this from my new G/F. It's embarrassing, esp when you have to try and keep her hands off that area.
