Fever, Cough, Coryza because of Swelling in the Uterus

Dear all Homeopathic Consultants & members of abchomeopathy.com

My Sister has very chronic case of cough. Cough is dry, barking remains in all seasons, and sometime some catarrh is released from the throat, but no relief after that.

Now for last 2 months she is also suffering from intermmittent fever that repeat after a day or 2 and continue for 1 or 2 days. After long course of allopathic treatment, she used homoepathic treatment covering following remedies (turn by turn and not simultaneously):
Aconite 200
Heper sulph 30
China 30
but no effect. After that we proceeded to TB check-up, chest X-ray, throat X-ray, and no infection or sign of TB Noticed.

Then a Gyneologist after Ultra sound noticed that swelling in the Uterus that may be due to some infections at the time delivery 5 yrs back and that not cured till date and swelling increased. So, cough or continue fever may be because of that swelling/infection as advised by her.

She is 32 yrs old, slim, tall, physically weak. all other symptoms are normal like stool, Urine, thirst etc. Appetite is less especially at thetime of Dinner. Highly educated,Mentally disturbed because of Family problems. Occupation is Teaching.

No parental history for this type of problem. However, Naval displacement is common for all.

Kindly advise some appropriate remedy that can cure all the symptoms one by one or simultaneously.

One more information that can help you to select the appropriate remedy is that after blood test another doctor told us that the Fever is due to some type of infections in blood.

also for few days appetite is excessive but cant take too much food.

Describe ur sisters mental set up a little?
Family problems r there, what are those & how does she adopt to these(what is her reaction to these problems)?
What is her nature?
what in her nature has changed nowadays?
