Combining homeopathy with dermarolling

Hi all,

I have an old surgical scar on the side of my chest which im trying to improve the appearance of with a dermaroller needling device. The scar is flat but shiny and hyperpigmented. Is it possible to accelerate or aid the healing by applying any homeopathic tinctures (diluted) or creams before/after the needling?
