arnica mother tincture- hairlosshello!!! I have been reading posts about hairloss in the forum and decided to try out the remedies that ' Joe de Livera' suggested.
I live in Miami,FL and Im having trouble finding the ' arnica Q or mother tincture' to mix in with the coconut oil and apply to my hair roots.
I found a couple of them but they have slightly different names. they are called: called 'Smallflower Arnica Tincture 2 oz' or 'Tadin Tea, Arnica Tintura (Arnic Flower Tincture)' or 'EKO ARNICA TINCTURE'
are they the same thing? can I use one of these instead of the arnica Q mother tincture?
one more question: what is the difference between using iodine tincture or arnica tincture?
thank you in advance for your help!
